”Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone for the visit. The front desk clerk came across as very unwelcoming and seemed bothered by even basic questions, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. A warmer greeting and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way in creating a better first impression.
