The property is very centrally located: Zandvoort aan Zee is just a 20-minute drive away, the center of Haarlem is about a 10-minute drive, and Amsterdam is about a 30-minute drive.

A supermarket, a snack bar, and a butcher shop are just a 7-minute walk away. A swimming pool is about an 8-minute walk away.

As our guests, you have exclusive access to the entire house, the garden right on the waterfront, the playroom, and the garage. The private driveway with its own charging station for electric cars is, of course, also at your disposal.

Whether you want to hit the water on a SUP board (available for rent upon request), fire up the grill yourself, or explore historic Haarlem, Amsterdam, or the beach at Zandvoort—all just minutes away—our house is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable vacation.

Our home has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for young and old alike.

* Living Room & Kitchen:
A spacious, bright living room with a cozy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings with the family.

* For the kids:
A separate, cozy playroom inside the house, as well as a garage full of toys and scooters. Right outside the front door is a playground in a low-traffic residential neighborhood. There’s absolutely no chance of getting bored here!

* Sleeping & Laundry:
Comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 5 people. A separate washer and dryer are also available.

* Life by the Water:
The beautifully landscaped garden (10 x 10 m) features its own dock right on the water. Enjoy long, relaxing evenings barbecuing with our luxurious BBQ grill or make yourself comfortable at one of the various seating areas in the garden.
