”Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.”

”This was a perfect stay close to train station (5 min walk), clean spacious room, property manager greeted us and explained how to use everything. Washer/dryer very convenient. Candy bowl at entry was a nice special touch Beds super comfortable. Nice location very walkable. Electric bikes for rent nearby and I highly recommend them for getting around. They were super fun and easy to ride. I would most definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was very good with many...

”Very clean place, well located, spacious and complete with everything you need, would totally recommend. Keep in mind there is no elevator and no front desk / no place to store luggage.”

”The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). ”

”Apartment had many small neglected, broken things. It gave me an impression that this venue is not well taken care of. Street level entrance lock broken, couch broken and dirty, floor lamp broken, TV not working etc. It is also noisy location especially if someone in nearby apartments is having a party, like happened during our stay. Location is convenient. With proper maintenance this would be A class apartment.”

”The place in the heart of bruss ”

”The flat was well situated. The area around the entrance was messy and I was sent two different entrance codes, first one which I printed and brought, then another which I saw, when I failed to enter with the first one. So I took some time entering. The place itself was quite worn, with tapestries coming off, in need of paint, and it didn't have the exclusive look and feel from the photos. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. It was clean, though and quiet during the night. ”

”The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous. ”

”The hotel itself is in great condition for a hotel in Brussels. Unfortunately, they are a bit understaffed and thus check-in and check-out might take some extra time, ”

”Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal. ”
