”I did not like anything about this property and it was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was filthy. The elevator was inoperable, and there was a horrible stench in the hallways and the rooms and there were often people randomly hanging out in the parking lot and in front of the hotel. I tried contacting the hotel to get these issues resolved, and they were of no help. I have a physical disability and the elevator was not working and they placed me on the...

”Overall stay was okay, room was spacious. AC was good. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and breakfast was good as well. Rooms were dated and definitely needed upkeep. There was no room service for the 2 nights we stayed. It’s definitely very conveniently located off the highway. I wish the rooms were a bit more fresh/updated. Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a bunch of options and ample parking.”

Negative is that the pool heater didn't work for the 4 days I was there and it didn't seem the staff was expecting it to be fixed and some didn't know it needed to be fixed.”
