”Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

”The location was good, there were no towels and personal items left out eg hosts flip flops in the shower. The host was helpful with check in but appeared reluctant with information regarding g using facilities on boat eg the oven The interior of the boat did not feel clean. Maybe we were just unlucky but I would not stay again and probably wouldn’t recommend. There is probably something better out there for this money ”

"Paras mahdollinen alku reissulle, kun vastaanoton ihanat ladyt toivottivat tervetulleiksi. Tuli heidän tavastaan toimia todella hyvä mieli. Muutoinkin hotellin sijainti oli loistava, aamupala maittava ja ystävällisesti tarjoiltu. Oli kaikki kohdillaan, mitä majoitukseltamme odotimme. Kiitos. Mieluusti voisin majoittua uudestaankin."

"Aluksi saimme huoneen, jossa oli puutteita esimerkiksi kylpyhuoneen kalusteiden toimivuudessa, mutta kerrottuamme epäkohdasta saimme uuden, paremman huoneen. Aamiainen oli perinteinen paikallinen aamupala, eikä vaihtoehtoja ollut kovin paljon. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin maukas ja sillä pärjäsi hyvin pitkälle iltapäivään saakka. "

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "
