There were no coffee cups in the room, I did request these, but had to go and get from the restaurant a few hours later. ”Worst night of sleep ever can hear everyone turning there light switches on and off, Lack of staff and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, beer glasses were dirty, breakfast was a help ur self no one there to help with issues for example the food was running out and it wasn’t being replaced and no milk, will not stay here again. ”

”Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.”

”Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice ”
