”This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

”The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.The photos were VERY misleading. The photos made the room look warmly decorated and comfortable. The actual room was bare bones. No lamps - only harsh overhead lighting. It was called an extended stay, but there wasn’t even a coffee pot. Full kitchen with zero utensils, dishes, pots - nothing. Bare floor with no throw rugs. ”This property needs to be removed from the list to be able to stay in. This property is a converted low income housing unit. Pretty much every piece of furniture in the house is falling apart. They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me...
