”The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did. The city is so small that the walk to the bus station (where buses to e.g. the gower peninsula leave), the quadrant shopping centre or the restaurant cluster is no problem. There are a few small convenience stores close to the hotel, which were open til late, and the 24h tesco (not sundays) was also within walking distance. Overall a nice and clean base.”

”We had a room in the annex, which was spacious and had a lovely bathroom. The service was first class - everyone was very helpful and friendly, and despite being very busy, we weren't kept waiting in the restaurant. The food was excellent, too. ”Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. ”

”Ample for what we paid. All working & fit for purpose, though I have trouble with stairs & being on the 2nd floor was a bit of a job as the lift wasn't in action. The sprinkler was hanging off the ceiling, but didn't effect our stay. Quite a noisy room, being directly above the moving bollard but luckily I brought my earplugs so didn't bother me too much.”

”Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. ”

”We stayed in a dog friendly room and our dog was also allowed to eat with us in part of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is well placed for the gorgeous Gower. Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich Bay and the beautiful Rhossili and Worms Head were a short drive away. ”
