”Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.”

”Perfect location for Oxford and Thame with fabulous 400 bus service connecting both. Great meals at The Black Horse in Thame and Sunday lunch at The Kings Arms in Wheatley. ”Hamish and Susie were great hosts. Hamish met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. We enjoyed the goodies in the welcome basket. The shortbread’s were delicious ( I believe they were homemade). We enjoyed our 3 night stay, the cottage was what we had hoped it would be. The gardens and grounds were so lovely and peaceful. Hamish gave us excellent advice getting to London by train. Our son and grandson enjoyed exploring Windsor Great Park, they saw a lot of wildlife. An awesome...

”We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”
