”Everything was wonderful from the room, friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas.”

”The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.”

”The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead. Water pressure left something to be desired. It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator. Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests.”

”The property is convenient and the shuttle to the airport is appreciated. We stay there often especially when we have an early, early departure”

”Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

”Pretty standard hotel. Parking is extra and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but they have complimentary coffee and tea, so I guess that makes up for it? Skywalk acess from the hotel was a nice feature.”

”Staff is lovely and accommodating. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Word to the wise - you WILL smack your head on the bunkbed frame.”

”Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. ”

”Shuttle staff helpful & friendly, but wasn't 100% sure where to meet as it was our first time being picked up. Front counter staff knowledgeable, but difficult to interact with. Entry was dirty with snow salt so not a good first impression. Room TV needed maintenance, but was fixed quickly.”
