”The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold.”

”The property is convenient and the shuttle to the airport is appreciated. We stay there often especially when we have an early, early departure”

”I always stay at this Hyatt place when going to the armory. The location is great and the breakfast is really good. My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. ”Pool extremely cold. Ac is on in there. Put our hands up to the vent. Rooms are run down. Beds feel like they are going to break when a child sits down. Blood on the bathroom walls. No shower pressure. Shower would not drain. We asked for maintenance. Nothing was done. Extremely loud. Kids running all over at all hours. Call front desk after midnight to complain, yet no answer. Would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you don’t want sleep.”

”Room was amazing, there was a small pile of black dust on sheets. Maybe from the ceiling. The entire building though was top notch, amenities included. Front desk worker was a little unwelcoming with his quiet tone and no greeting. ”

”The ALoft is great value, but unfortunately my room was subject to a lot of noise, adjacent to elevators and facing a busy street. Front desk staff were all terrific. Bathroom was clean. Room itself could have used better vacuuming; crumbs on carpet from previous guests. I appreciated the in-room coffee!”

”We went to an event at the target center, nice safe walk. We across the street to an Irish Bar (can't remember the name but great friendly staff and pricing, good food. Staff at hotel very helpful all around. Will defiantly make another trip in spring/summer look like a nice outdoor sitting area.”

”Staff is lovely and accommodating. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Word to the wise - you WILL smack your head on the bunkbed frame.”
