”Clean and quiet. Slept great. Staff very helpful and friendly”

”Super friendly. We checked in late because I waited for my boyfriend to get off work and the night front desk woman was super friendly. Then Saturday night when we got back from being out for the day she asked about our day and seemed genuinely interested.”

”Clean and spacious hotel room. Staff were friendly and inviting. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Minneapolis.”

”Room was clean. Room was very hot, could of been cooler much much cooler”

”Room was nice with a lot of storage space. Breakfast was okay.”

”Breakfast was ok”

”Clean, updated, with friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast!”

”Somebody from hotel's restaurant copied my credit card. They took the card and went to make authorization. Be careful with them. I hope hotel management will make some improvements. Otherwise a good hotel.”

”Great location. We stayed 3 days and our room was on the 4th floor. By the time we were done with dinner the maids were going to make up the room. This happened every night and we never got our room serviced. We didn’t want to wait late in the day for room service so we just said we didn’t want it. We just wanted to relax after dinner. Rooms should be cleaned earlier when people are out during the earlier part of the day. Luckily there was enough towels and things for our days.”

”Liked everything.”

”I was confused and disappointed with the parking. You have to pay almost $40 to park. This should be included in the hotel booking. The beds were comfortable but the guest above me was very noisy early in the morning.”
