”Nice clean room”

”The room was spotless, the beds are comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was wonderful. My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. I still have 5 stars because it is deserved.”

”Room was clean and the stay was quiet. The building is wel maintained. There is no continental breakfast which is inconvenient but there is a Starbucks available in the building. The central courtyard is very pretty.”

”My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. If we could have changed anything about our visit, it would have been that the TV in our room to include the ABC network in the list of available networks. We were not able to watch the NBA Championship Game on June 13, 2026 from the TV in the room. We had to watch the game on our phone device through the ESPN APP. However, the hotel did have the game showing in the Restaurant, located in the lobby. However, we opted to ditch the crowd and stay in...

”Not the best breakfast but everything else was good”

”While the staff seems nice… note that its a run down hotel. Breakfast super light…. No protein. Room smelled like wet carpet and humid. Floor is dirty not because of cleanliness but because its an old place. There was hair in the drain. Idk. Its a super basic hotel. Like one you just sleep in and leave.”

”The hotel seems new, all the finishes and furnishings are fresh and clean, and somewhat dramatic. The price was reasonable. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, and the HVAC worked fine. It is very convenient to the metro/light rail system (an easy block-long walk) and close to the MOA as well as nice restaurant. Sorry, but there are negatives you should be aware of so you won't be caught off guard. The room could best be described as minimalist, as are some of the expected services. ...

”The plastic tub/shower was dirty and very slippery, it was also obvious that the grout hadn’t been cleaned recently”

”Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel).”

”The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”
