”For my preference the pillows were not full enough. They compressed to maybe a couple inches immediately on lying on them The room was nice, bathroom was clean and well stocked. ”

”I was in room #141. There is a smell in that room....it smells like "wet carpet" as you enter or standing water in the drains...not sure. Other than that thumbs up all around”

”Front desk staff was fast, thorough and friendly. Room was sufficient, had a little musky smell from the A/C but not terrible. Pool was COLD, hot tub was nice and hot but jets were weak. We were on the late end of breakfast (0845 and it stopped at 0900) so unsure what it was like at peak times, out of almost every thing at that point. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! ”

”Was surprised by needing to pay for parking (just tell people to expect it...and you have to cross a street with your luggage, etc.) Check in and check out was not staffed well. Checking in there were three people at the desk but only one checking people in. The other two did not acknowledge any guests or the line forming at all. Assuming there were computer problems but at lesst look up and acknowledge it. Very cold. The one person checking people in, however, was working extremely hard...

”Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. ”
