”We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. ”Property was clean and well appointed. Be aware that this property and access is managed 100% remotely which we were not aware of until arrival. (They just text you the door code for the room etc.). It ultimately worked out we just weren’t aware. We also got double billed for the property balance upon arrival but got it resolved after a few outreach communications with management. Worth the stay if you don’t require staffed amenities onsite.”
