”I have to say I was soooo surprised at how comfee & cozy I was at this property. First of all it was the coldest day of the year & the staff was so accommodating & friendly. They allowed me to check in early, provided extra towels & blankets… it was clean & has a great free breakfast.. if staying in the poconos I’d highly recommend ”

”The staff were nice, the place was clean.. but very outdated. The bathroom door didn’t really close, the peephole cover was broken, and a very odd/unpleasant smell in the room itself, especially the bathroom. This place is a motel, not a hotel, just to be clear. ”

”The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. The only good thing is pets friendly and it’s free ”
