This was my second stay at this property, and both times I booked a king room. Unfortunately, on both occasions, the king rooms were overbooked, and I was placed in a smaller room. I understand this can happen, and the staff was able to move me once a king room opened.
However, this time the new room I was given was a connecting room (which I had specifically requested not to have) and the AC was broken. I asked to be moved back to my original room, as I preferred a smaller room with working AC over a larger one without.
Additionally, one day while I was in the middle of a shower, the water completely shut off. When I contacted the front desk, I was told maintenance was working on it and that service would be restored soon.
Despite these issues, the staff was kind and accommodating, and the facilities overall were good.
