Just steps from Lions’ Square this quiet and fully equipped penthouse comfortably accommodated up to 3 adults or a small family. The ideal place for both relaxation and workation stays with its peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful conveniences. It’s on the 1st floor of an old urban maisonette that’s been converted into two apartments, a few steps away from Old Venetian Harbor.

Courtyard:
The private courtyard will be your go-to spot for moments of relaxation offering unexpected privacy and perfect amount of sunny comfort. Enjoy your breakfast before exploring the city or pack the beach gear for a trip day ahead. The portable projector is always available for a movie under the sky.

Bedroom:
The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom fully equipped, featuring a (decent) portable projector aimed at the double bed (1.60x2). Simply open the courtyard doors and let the gentle breeze flow in through the rooms.

Living Room (Workspace/2nd Bedroom):
The air-conditioned living room comes with a balcony and features a large sofa that doubles as a bed (0.80x1.80) with an extra mattress, perfect for accommodating a child or a friend. It also serves as an ideal workspace, complete with an ergonomic chair, 28’’ monitor and reliable Wi-Fi to make working remotely comfortable and efficient.

Kitchen:
The small kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Whether you’re preparing breakfast, a meal, or a coffee, you’ll find everything you need. Some essential groceries will be waiting for you to help you settle in.

Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom features a cosy walk-in shower. You’ll also find a washer-dryer, etc for your laundry needs. Please remember, for the proper functioning of the toilet, to dispose of toilet paper in the provided bins.
