”The hotel was recently sold and under new owners. It was like taking a walk back to the 50's -70's..it was frequented by rock and roll bands. It shows alot of history. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled good. Even though it is located on a busy street it was quite.”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful.
Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. One of the pillars in the lobby has a huge dirty patch, which should be painted over, and the elevators look a bit scuffed.
There were two of us in a room meant for two people, yet the hotel supplied only one bathrobe.
This is a pity, because the hotel is well located and has a friendly and informal vibe.”
