”Bed was adequate but splendid when I first arrived. Hamburger joint sharing the property has a good value and I ate there daily in order to be well fed for the Dead and Co shows. The staff are all very nice and helpful and really care that you’re happy. Basic room. Would recommend. ”
”Friendly and helpful staff at this location. My favorite thing was the unforgettable view on the rooftop! Everything was sparkly clean, comfortable bed, refillable water station in the lobby & gym. This location is walking distance to many shopping spaces, restaurants, Lombard street, California street. ”

Our only complaint is that the pull-out bed was uncomfortable, but once we moved the mattress to the floor, it was better. ”

Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm).
Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.
