”This was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend. A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village. Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. ”

”We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”

”Another incredible stay! The staff are always so welcoming and kind, George is just fantastic and so attentive and friendly. The food as usual is delicious, beautiful local produce. The rooms as usual are so clean and super comfy beds. The spa facilities are fantastic. Five stars again from us!! ”

”Absolutely a beautiful, peaceful, tranquil place to have a get away from the hustle and noise of everyday life. From a single mom of two high energy kids, this was exactly what I was hoping for on my vacation. And being an American, it was a perfect stay in such a beautiful country. Absolutely perfect!”

”This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton.”

”The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside. Breakfast was laid out covered in cling film that everyone had tried to remove and we...

”An absolute gem situated very closely to Hay. The Agents House is the perfect getaway if you want a relaxing stay with an opportunity to adventure nearby. Great hosts, brilliant breakfasts, and a cute cat companion. ”

”We had a great stay here for a few nights with the family over Easter. The barn is lovely and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed including a big multi-oven cooker which made cooking for 6 people with varied dietary requirements very straightforward. The garden is lovely and we were lucky enough to catch some of the trees in full blossom. We enjoyed some superb walking and there was plenty of information provided to help us find paths that didn’t show up on my internet...
