”Couldn't checked in but got charged for it on my card”

”Everything was all fine. It was a nice place to stay.”

”Great area and location but the vent vans was loud and wouldn't shut off. They said that the vent vans in the bathroom would turn on if another room next to mine had there light on. All the same electric out. So it wouldn't shut off. Barely could sleep. The AC fan was loud and old. Unit would kick into high drive but make loud crashes when it starts or stops. Really same room for 350 bucks and you could hear everything. People in the hallway loud, someone next door to you getting freaky at...

”We loved our stay at this hotel! The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had at a hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds were beautiful with a nice patio area outside where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was great, and there was even homemade banana cake. A favorite of ours was the coffee machine open 24/7 that made coffees, cappuccino, etc.”

”Positives - lovely room, beds were comfy, gentleman at the front desk and kitchen aid were helpful, the grounds were beautifully kept, and breakfast was great. Negatives- room wasn't ready at our arrival time of 4:30 p.m., when we went to take our showers around 7:30 p.m., we had to call the front for towels and after 30 minutes one of us went to the front desk and ask for towels and were told they were in the dryer, when housekeeping came to our room while we were out, they left the door ajar...

”If you’re going to stay at this hotel prepare to feel right at home with a warm welcome. The staff seem genuinely friendly therefore creating a more relaxed atmosphere. Keep in mind this is an old building, charming as it may be don’t expect all of the luxuries a more modern hotel may have. It’s a very subjective thing to recommend a hotel like this but I would definitely stay here again.”

”The property and employees are exceptional. It's been forever since we stayed at such a lovely place. Kim, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with at dinner outside on the patio. The park and trees that edge the property created such a haven away from the AZ summer heat. Ted at the front desk, was helpful with all the details, and because this was our first stay, that was beyond helpful. We are already planning another trip back. ”The room was very clean and had everything you would need. While waiting for our room in the common area, there was cereal and other debris on the carpet which looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Otherwise, the overall cleanliness was good.”

”Classic case of you get what you pay for. Rooms were small. We had 2 double beds. 1 right against the wall and the other right against the ac. The ac grill was all smashed in. Killed 2 ticks in the bathroom. A group of people stood outside their room late at night smoking which filtered into our room through the ac and door. Room smelled of old smoke. We chose this hotel for price and pool. Unfortunately the pool was not working as well.”
