”We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!”

”This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog...

”Our group of 6 enjoyed this house. You can’t beat the location across street from beach and park, views were great. Our group enjoyed the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Given our make up of two couples and 2 single adults, the house worked great for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked at house 4 of 5 nights during our stay. We would rent again. ”

”Treetop Lodge was clean and comfortable. Decor is an eclectic mix of vintage and Asian. Lots of light inside, plenty of windows to open in the evening if you tire of AC. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the deck in the afternoon and the front patio in the morning. My husband walked to downtown and back for exercise (its a steep hill!). Property manager was very responsive.”

”We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend at Home Squared!The property is actually better than the pictures show. It's a very cozy home - super comfortable with the fans and AC. The backyard is a little oasis in the evening or morning with so much privacy despite close neighbors.
