”There is NOTHING quality about this place. It’s run down. The room reeked like an ash tray The a/c didn’t work, smelled like an electric fire and set of the room alarm. There was NO hot water in the morning. Cold shower. Tried to complain to the front desk and nobody was there. Seriously want a refund. Don’t stay at this place.”

”Stayed for a concert in Nashville. Being next to the airport, the place stays booked. It looks like there was a complementary airport shuttle as well. There were a few things that were minor inconveniences, but overall the stay was uneventful and pleasant. The most inconvenient part of the stay was the eating area's size or seating capacity. ”My room had two queen beds and a couch in a separate area. There was no TV or other furniture opposite the couch which made the room seem incomplete. The breakfast was great as was the woman who managed it.”

”Room was horrible and AC rattled so much we could not sleep. If you turned it off it continued to run and rattle so we finally had to unplug it. Standing lamp was totally crooked and shade askew and the table lamp had been smashed and reassembled with pieces missing. What a mess. It was a shabby hotel and felt like we were in a very cheap motel but it was Hilton. ”This hotel was perfect for my two nights stay in Nashville. I came for a concert and the room was clean. They allowed an early check-in for me. I ate breakfast at the restaurant and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay I would highly recommend.”
