Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again. ”

At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, upon further inspection, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The toilet had urine and visible residue inside, as well as urine on the toilet seat. In addition, the shower and the bathroom floor also appeared to have been overlooked during...

”We chose this location because it was pet-friendly and my husband had a very early flight the next morning. Unfortunately, he had to be at the airport at 3:30am so it was too early for the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the general area around was a little sketchy.
