Ennea Villa is conceived as a private Cretan enclave for guests who value space, privacy, and beautifully composed moments of togetherness. The main villa unfolds with luminous open-plan interiors, elegant shared spaces, and six en-suite bedrooms, while three independent guest houses set around the pool area offer a heightened sense of privacy for larger families, friends, or multi-generational escapes. Here, each day carries its own quiet rhythm, mornings gathered around the kitchen island, sun-warmed afternoons by the pool, restorative moments in the outdoor whirlpool, and long evenings beneath the Cretan sky in the open-air lounge. From the first-floor balconies, guests can enjoy sea views that add a serene coastal perspective to the stay. Designed to balance connection with independence, the villa invites 22 guests to experience the art of unhurried Mediterranean living in a setting shaped for comfort, celebration, and effortless ease.

Set across a 1,300 m² plot of land, including a 180 m² lawn area, the exterior spaces are thoughtfully arranged for refined leisure, open-air connection, and effortless group living. Around the pool area, the three independent guest houses create a graceful sense of privacy and retreat, allowing guests to remain beautifully connected while enjoying their own personal space. The 60 m² private swimming pool (non-heated) and with a depth of 1.50 m, invites refreshing summer swims, while the three-seater heated jacuzzi, reaching up to 28°C, adds a quietly indulgent wellness touch. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fridge, gas BBQ, sink, shaded dining area, and outdoor counter sets the scene for elegant al fresco rituals. The outdoor dining area seats up to 16 guests, with 3 additional seats available at the kitchen counter. A low-level lounge area, seating up to 12 guests and featuring a 98’’ Smart TV, creates an atmospheric open-air cinema setting for relaxed evenings. Two main entrances, secured parking for up to 2–4 cars, and entrance cameras for security purposes complete the outdoor experience.

The villa features an outdoor 3 seater whirlpool providing optimal comfort for relaxation. The heating temperature varies between 24-28°C subject to the weather and temperature fluctuations. Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool.

Internal Living : Conceived as a generous private residence for elevated group stays, Ennea Villa unfolds across 450 m² of refined indoor space, composed of the main villa and three independent guest houses positioned next to the pool area, each with its own separate entrance for added privacy and ease.
The main villa is arranged across two floors. The lower level features an elegant open-plan living room and kitchen, a comfortable indoor dining area, shared WC, laundry area, and two en-suite bedrooms, creating a graceful setting for everyday comfort and shared moments. The upper level hosts four additional en-suite bedrooms, each designed to offer privacy, calm, and a refined sense of retreat. Its layout is designed to bring people together with ease, while preserving the comfort and independence expected of a polished island residence. The living room features a 75’’ Samsung Smart TV, complemented by 3 JBL Bluetooth speakers for effortless entertainment, and offers direct access to the terrace and pool area, allowing indoor comfort and open-air Cretan living to flow in effortless harmony. Split duct air-conditioning and heating are available in all areas and bedrooms. With 9 bedrooms in total, including the 3 poolside guest houses, Ennea Villa is especially suited to large families, groups of friends, and extended stays of elevated coastal ease.
