There is room for your 20ft or smaller boat at our community dock. Need more space for friends and family? Rent one of six cabins on the property!

Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: There is a fireplace indoor and a private outdoor fireplace

Fire-pit: There is a community fire pit for this cabin that the other cabins on the property share

Fishing: Allowed off of the dock.

Fishing License: A license is required to fish in Michigan.
