When we opened our resort we welcomed guests of all ages, however during the course of our opening, the age limit of children was revised. We have honored the small amount of reservations with children that were made during that time. We understand that you were looking for a quiet getaway and I am grateful my team showed you two alternative rooms that were the same category room in different locations of the resort. We respect that you did not take either of these offers and chose to remain in your original villa.
