”Owners very helpful and pleasant. Ample parking and short walk to accommodation. Dinner was excellent both in choice and presentation and taste, Breakfast there was a lot of various choices and again cooked fresh to order. Overall an excellent venue.”

”Lovely older cottage wirh lots of character. Yes its got uneven floors and there is a steep stair to the upper bedroom but saw this on the pictures and expected that. Really well equipped and parking right outside the door. Lovely village location with good walks nearby”

”The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better.”

”The property is in need of a refurbishment, particularly the wooden floor. Quiet grubby, cobwebs and generally in need of a deep clean. The marketing pictures do not reflect the condition of the property.”

”The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.”

”Had to cancel my stay, yet they billed my credit card for 12 nights. Admin error at best, theft at worst. I'm letting my bank deal with it. Would not recommend unless this gets resolved. ”
