”Very well maintained and clean property. Had everything we needed and a beautiful large garden to enjoy in the sunshine. Easy walk into the centre of York with the option of buses or taxis at very reasonable prices if you choose to use them. We would stay there again. The drive took one car but if you had another there was plenty of parking spaces on the road.”

”The owner was extremely helpful and responsive and the location was perfect. The walled garden was perfect for family to gather on warm days. However, although it’s advertised as sleeping 16, it doesn’t have the living space for 16, either to eat or gather. Other staff at the property were very accommodating and we loved the sustainable aspect of everything in the house. ”

”Location was great. Walking distance from the main line railway station and easy access to town centre. We walked everywhere and didn't need our car. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for a car or large mpv. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk down the road as well as a selection of great restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable!We enjoyed our stay.”

”Lovely property and the hosts, Pass the Keys, cannot be faulted. Their communication was exemplary.Apart from the 40 damage waiver being a bit pricey, the rooms were lovely and we appreciated the heating being on when we arrived. Heating was easy to adjust, which we needed to do when we were both awoken by the pipes when the heating came on at 5am! Kitchen had everything we needed and ice in the freezer was so useful.Only bad thing was we couldn't log onto netflix as a previous renter had left...

"What a beautiful room! Great to have a sofa and a big tv with lots of channels to choose from. Slept fairly well, but there was no aircon and the windows opened just a little bit. It’s a bit far from the city centre but totally walkable. Train station about 10 min walk away. It was a lovely stay overall, but very pricey."
