Heydon Hotellit

”Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta.”

”On arrival Expedia booking which I paid in advance was declined but I wasn't informed so tried to pay with amex , but they wouldn't accept it. So had to pay on alternative card. Room was hot and stuffy, there were no bath towels or shower gel. The small kettle had a very small cable which was not detachable and was a stretch to get to a socket which I subsequently burnt my hand on trying to pour a drink. No hot food in the hotel incl evening meals and sparse continental breakfast was poor”

”Great stay !!”

”Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great.”

”Yksi yö moottoritien varressa ok. Aamupalaksi paahtoleipää ja muroja.”

”Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty.”

”I didn’t have breakfast but the service was very friendly and the rooms very comfy and clean.”

”Ihan ok. Siistin oloinen hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huoneemme oli melko pieni. Hotelli sijaitsee keskustan ulkopuolella. Bussilla nro 2 pääsee kätevästi keskustaan. Rautatieasemalle on kuitenkin hankala päästä ilman taksia ja hotellin käyttämä taksipalvelu on erittäin hidas.”

”Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC”

”Standards have really dropped. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and”

”Bed was comfortable, breakfast was a positive surprise, customer service was friendly.”

”Excellent Breakfast - continental and cooked. Rooms are quaint - Wooden beams and low ceilings in places, and floors have unevenness of old floors. Staircases are steep and narrow. Rooms have plenty of space. Our room had a bath and shower attachment but other rooms have shower so one might need to ask if you have a preference. Very helpful staff. Dinner was good but a little pricey (maybe that was par for the area?). Outside area was beautiful - on the cricket green. Lots of parking space...

”Great and very comfortable”
