Everything else was great but the quality of service varies a great deal, especially at reception and at the lobby area. So, take an attitude that he or she is just having one of those days.. I heard that the new owners of the hotel have cut of some benefits and that's why some employees don't enjoy their work like they used to. In my opinion as lovely the sorroundings might be, the quality of the hotel depends a lot of its personel's heart to go to work and share their inner kindness and love. Stayed in Tower corner Suite, but don't think I'm coming back, sorry.

Hotelli sijainti oli erinomainen rauhallisella alueella, henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maistuva, hotellihuoneessa oli kylpytarvikkeita saatavilla. Valitettavasti huoneeseemme kantautui meteliä käytävältä ja aamupalalta, hotellin tarjoamat korvatulpat ei riittäneet avuksi tässä asiassa. Myös sänky oli huono nukkua. Emme tule valitsemaan tätä hotellia enää uudelleen.

"1 of the two rooms booked had issues, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower handle broke after gently trying to lift it. The hotel was fully booked and maintenance wasn’t on the property in the evening so nothing could be done about either of the issues. The elevator had tape over one of the buttons. ..."
