”How can I start. This was a terrible mountain motel. The room was paid for in advance. When we arrived the property looked nothing like the picture at all. There was no staff to help with anything. When we got back to the motel after our event and tried to turn on the tv it would not come on. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM.
