The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. The pools and spa were not working and up to the heat as advertised 
..but we were still charged the resort fee. The coffee instructions were to use 2 scoops but no scoop was provided. There was not a small table and chair to sit or set things. There was a lack of places to put your clothes and things ...
