”overall not bad but the bathroom pocket door was horribly scratched -- the floor molding was scratched by the vacuuming and the sofa was old ----- look like some things were updated and were fine and others just let go a bit too long”

”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

”Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.”

”We stayed in The Flat. It was a great, spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The bathroom only had a shower but that was fine. There was a balcony as well with a chair. One bedroom had a king bed and the other was a queen bed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The manager on duty when we checked in was friendly. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay there!”

”I would have given 5 stars but the alarm went off at 6 am. I thought I turned it off but then it went off again. I called the front desk to find out how to turn it off and no one picked up. Alarms should be turned off my housekeeping so guests can Allie and retaken by previous guests alarms. It’s not right.”
