”The suites were perfect. They make the check in so smooth and easy and its done before you arrive so you aren't wasting time in the lobby. However if you do need the staff, they were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.”

”I thought things were fine, my wife didn't. The walls are thin, we could hear neighbors talking pretty easily in the room. My wife asked for tea and the desk lady told her she'd sell her a bag, they didn't put tea bags in the rooms until later in the season. The wood fire in the common area was nice. We didn't really use the balcony, it was OK I guess. There were odd noises during the night.”

We had enjoyable conversations with the restaurant manager (and learned of her family’s long history in the community) as well as the staff members - Maggie, Abbie and Graham. ”The room was great, with a separate siting room and a big sofa to sit . the hotel is right in the middle of town and suoer dog friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast. No fruit or healthier options, even the oatmeal had maple syrup flavoring. The bagels ended up being our choice. Good coffee and free water. Parking is free. Overall we would rate it highly and return.”
