”Went to get in the pool and discovered someone had pooped in the pool. Hotel staff was not reactive and didn’t offer anything of substance to offset the disgusting situation because I booked through Expedia. Expedia offered only $50 for the almost $200 room. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.”

”Lots of parking. Easy on/off from I-75. No microwave in the room but there is one to use in lobby. Very nice staff. Noisy at night due to proximity to highway. Water pressure in shower good but water did not really get hot. Breakfast adequate - cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, muffins, regular milk and oat milk (for those with dairy allergies - nice !), orange and apple juice. No hot food like waffles or anything. Enough to get you on the road though. Easy check in/out. Felt safe. Good...

”Parking was easy. Check in was okay. Rooms and beds are comfortable. AC was a little intense when on. Sink is in entry, seperate from bathroom. Hallway carpet needs replacing. Breakfast is available for $7.95 each. It was decent. Overall I would stay again for a short overnight while traveling.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in Knoxville. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived. After a long 12-hour drive from Ontario, we got there about 10 minutes before their evening “happy hour.” The front desk kindly paused our check-in so our kids could grab some food and we could relax with a couple of drinks before heading to the room — such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were spacious...
