”The floors where not clean. Tub did not drain, so there was always standing water in the tub. There was a dirty sock stuck on the wall where the firm is. The room was like a cave , and the toilet was not secure to the floor. The rooms should be painted light color. I understand the the place is old but, you could try to keep it up. Like in NYC we have old buildings and the insides are beautiful.”

”The staff was nice. Our room was okay. Curtains were barely hanging onto the wall and the two lights by the bed were barely hanging onto the wall. If you tried to move them, they would fall apart and not work. The side door was broken and you couldn't use the keycard, she told us to put a rock in the door so not super secure. Remote didn't work for tv.”

The front office lady was trying to fix it by turning off and on, however it didn't fix the issue. We spent a night in a warm steamy room as there was no other rooms available in a hotel to move to.”

”The room I stayed in smelled sour, the shampoo dispenser was on the side of the tub instead of attached to the wall like the rest of the dispensers, front desk placed me on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back. They could have simply asked me to come downstairs if they were extremely busy and I would have understood. Had to constantly ask them to restock items for the breakfast. Wanted to extend my stay but ended up going somewhere else ”

Horrible customer service, pool looked disgusting and green, Roof was falling apart (see pictures), blankets stained and room service didn’t clean at all just changed sheets. Didn’t vacuum or clean the counter or tables.. Please look elsewhere.”

Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter.”
