”Wonderful service and hospitality!
Delicious breakfast, and very kind service.
It was lovely to be there. Our son even got a Happy birthday postcard and chocolates from the bed and breakfast owners while celebrating his birthday during the breakfast.

”Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! No food on site after 4pm was a big let down, althouygh saying that breakfast was very good, and really the only thing that...

”The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff!
The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.
The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

”Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. ”

”Edward stood out as an exceptionally helpful member of staff. So informative, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond and we were very grateful as it was our first visit to Cardiff.
We had a deluxe room which was very comfortable, executive lounge was an added bonus.
Breakfast was amazing, plenty of of choice.”
