”We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. Perfect place for our stay with everything we needed. Thank you so much!”

”The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel.”

”I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at this property.
Upon checking in, we discovered that our floor was undergoing active painting and construction. The smell was extremely strong and toxic, making it unsafe—especially as we were traveling with three young children. This situation was not disclosed to us at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
We immediately asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room, but were told that no alternative rooms were...

”If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....
