”Great place to stay! Communication was great, beds are SUPER comfortable and the separate heating/cooling in each room is nice. The living room doesn't have enough seeing for it to be the hangout spot, so lots of kitchen conversations :) The piano was a fun addition and we had some fun musical moments. I would say the only thing lacking was towels (both kitchen and bathroom, there were only a few) and things like paper towels, scissors, etc. Stuff you don't think to pack but realize later that...

”The home was very clean. The house was great for us. Ryan was easy to communicate with. If you’re up early enough to see the sunrise, take a look from the front yard. It was beautiful.”

”We slept well and our dog approved of his sleep as well. This facility has an indoor pool, however, it is apparently only open "seasonally". Expedia did not disclose this.
Cleanliness here was subpar. Sheets/blankets/curtains are stained, furniture (night stands, desk, TV stand, etc) need more than just the tops wiped down as they are obviously dirty with dried fluids, etc. on them)
There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, there were no extra towels, and the 2 "bath towels" that were...

”Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”
