”So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. So behind the keys was a small piece of paper that said it needed to be put in our our car window or we could be towed. ”Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didn’t process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust.”

”Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. ”

”Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience”
