Enjoy this lovely furnished (with personal exceptions) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom all on one level Trillium Links Condo. Great open floor plan with gas stacked stone fireplace in the living room. Nice kitchen and dining room. Master bath has jetted tub. Relax on the back deck and enjoy the beautiful golf course or the gentle mountain breezes. This condo enables you to walk to the main club house, pool and tennis. This condo has multiple amenities which include, a club house, fitness center, golf, pool, tennis, lakeside dining and lake access and more.

Wedding guest weekend

Very nice condo. The location and ground level access to the condo worked well for us. Very close to the clubhouse/wedding venue. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back porch. It was great to be able to take my dog.

My family and their children stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. The property is beautiful and located close to the lake and the town of cashiers. We were able to attend the regions host the rehearsal dinner in town. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and in a restful quiet spot. I would recommend staying here to anyone in the area.

We loved the peacefulness of this home right on the golf course. The home was super clean and perfect for a small family or two couples. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning and walking the cart path at dusk. The owner is very responsive. We will be back.

Fall vacation

Views of autumn colors were stunning in this golf course/pond view from condo living areas. Interior gas fireplace and outdoor porch swing were delightful. Communication with host was excellent. Unit is all first floor. You do have someone above you, as there is a separate condo unit above with exterior accessed stairs, but that was not a problem for us and seemed to be the standard for condo units in this beautiful golf course community. We bought the amenities pass for one day and paid to play golf and dine in clubhouse restaurant. Well worth it! Restaurant is excellent, golf course has dramatic views.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. There is a nice view of the golf course and small pond. It was very clean and included all the basics you would expect. The host was very responsive during our stay. Good location near Cashiers, Highlands and Franklin. We will stay her again.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home

Beautiful patio with gas grill and nice seating area. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Great getaway

We are from the Greenville SC area. This was a great getaway for us that wasn't very far away. Stewart is a great host and communication was great. The condo is located in a perfect area close to all of the amenities. The club restaurant was wonderful and the food was great. Highly recommend the mountain trout. The weather cooperated and the leaves are beautiful. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect get away

Communication was excellent from Stewart. The property was as described. Very neat and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils,etc... the beds are very comfortable.. I will definitely be returning.

Weekend getsway

The property was spectacular with a pleasant back deck overlooking the 2nd fairway. The short walk to the clubhouse was very convenient, parking was simple and check was very smooth. Communication with the host was excellent and everything we needed was right there. We would definitely book again!!

COMFORTABLE CONDO IN THE MOUNTAINS

We enjoyed our stay - I would highly recommend this place. Everything you need - kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed with plenty of linens and towels. The host was awesome - great communication - very helpful. The complex has everything you need (with an additional amenities fee) pool, tennis, lake access. You can pay extra to golf or rent a boat - super convenient! Thanks, Stewart, a 5-Star experience!

Memorial Day getaway

Perfect Getaway!

This rental was for my adult daughter, her fiancé and their friends, who were attending a wedding nearby.The host, Stewart, was terrific and communications were great (timely, informative and welcoming). Stewart’s place was highly convenient and had everything the group needed. They did not have pets, but we are thinking of going back with our little dog next time. Overall, highly recommended.

Great Value / Excellent View

This property is on the first floor and has a great view - overlooking the golf course at Trillium. It is such an excellent value for anyone traveling alone up to a family of 4. The location within the development is exceptional as it is next to the clubhouse and many of the amenities are within walking distance. If you are looking for a great home base where you can experience all that Cashiers and a nice private club have to offer - this is a great choice.

Warm & inviting, quaint abode beautifully set overlooking woods and a golf course. We did a lot of hiking in the area, ate at local restaurants, spent hours on the covered porch, & enjoyed watching tv & turning on the gas fireplace in the evenings.
