For all eco-lovers: The villa is equipped with two solar systems: one for hot water (dependent on sun and usage), and one for electricity production - with a battery for backup in case of power outages.

The location is fantastic: on one side, right on the beach, on the other side, just a three-minute walk away from local shops, bus stop, and taxi stand. And after about 4 km of beach walk, you are right in the bustling tourist life of the well-known holiday resort Hikkaduwa.

The completely fenced property, including two large terraces, garden, and pool, is available only to you and potentially guests in the other semi-detached house "yin": no disturbances from outside, no hassles from "flying" vendors - and children can play safely and protected in the pool (always around 26°c).

Our long-standing and very trustworthy employees, Chandra and Upendra, ensure that you can enjoy your vacation even more: they prepare breakfast for you if you wish, keep the house, pool, and garden clean, help with cooking and washing up, and do your laundry (you only need to hang them up and put them away when they are sun-dried!). They are also available to you for everyday life purchases (groceries, household items, etc.) and always settle everything down to the rupee with you.
