They did have a laundry on the first floor, an elevator and available stairs. The bedding did have stains, some burn holes, and the room smelt like it once was a smokers at some point, which wasnt overpowering, but it was there. She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time.
