”You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....

”The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges.
