”I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops.”

”Hotel is conveniently located in downtown, room was spacious and bed comfortable. However building is old (in the picture looks more updated). We stayed 3 nights and not once the room got serviced. The one time I asked for coffee to be replenished, they said they would said someone and no one ever showed up. Also the restaurant of the hotel said they were unable to accommodate for shelfish allergies which is kind of standard in most restaurants now a days. This property is overpriced. ”

”On the first look, this place looks decent with a courtyard and spacious room. However as soon as we checked in, we found a dirty sock under bathroom sink and a random plastic bottle cap in the middle of the bedroom floor which just shows what a lousy clean job they did. The worst part is the strong chemical smell in the room. I am not sure what kind of cleaning product they used or sprayed in the room. The smell was so strong for the first night that I can not even sleep but I was so tired...
