”Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

”Our family had an amazing stay at the Guadalupe River Roost! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfy living area. The host, James, was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. We plan to make this trip annual and what love to stay again! ”

”Everything was very welcoming. Clean and in a great location. You can walk to the river or just enjoy the pool or hot tubs. Golf carts would be nice to carry your things to the river or pool, just a suggestion. Great place to stay at and we loved it!! Will do it again in the future!”

”There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty. ”Everything was great. The condo was well stocked, clean, and comfortable (even the hideaway). The host was prompt with responses as well.”

The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival.
