”Vaikuttava ja siisti hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palveluntaso antaa ymmärtää että olisit kalliimmassa hotellissa, mutta korkeasta tasosta huolimatta hinta on edullinen! Todellakin kannattaa yöpyä täällä mikäli suunnittelet matkaa Scrantoniin.”

”Seems like property is understaffed or just trying to run it into the ground. Was told that they would only clean rooms if we stayed over a week. Only hand and bath mat towels were available (the one lady that does the laundry said she couldn't do laundry because she had to work the front desk). Would not return to this hotel. Room had vomit on the beside table and the mini fridge smelled. After we asked for room cleaning and was told "no" I was over this place. The staff we did encounter were...

”Hard to find electric outlets near the tiny desk. Otherwise fine.”

”Hi, the bathroom is small and they keep it clean but it is a old hotel, staff was really helpful. The keys didn't work to the room unless you put it in the slot multiple times went, the staff also had this issue with our door. May have been a one room issue.”
