”The housekeeping service was not great. We were there 7 days and they came 3 of those days, two of which they only provided towels, and made the bed. Gave us no coffee (I had go request coffee every time) and they did not refill the body wash and hand soap so we had to buy it on our own. They did not clean the bathroom or vacuum, the entire stay. :( Not great.”

”I went to the snack bar and bought some fruit gummies when I opened the packed they were spoiled I took them downstairs and the staff did nothing to help they said it was a third party! I was very upset but that wasn’t even the horrible part I went to bed late with my Jammies on when I woke up and flipped the blankets I seen there was poop (dry) on my sheets! I told the staff the guy with a long ponytail and very tall laughed at me when I said that I even took a picture and showed him! They did...

”Fantastic location steps away from Ann Morrison Park and across the river from Julia Davis Park -- it's easy to get some exercise and do a little sightseeing right when you walk out the door. Good-sized rooms. Large parking lot. The best hotel breakfast in the smallest, most efficient space I've seen; the mix-in assortment for oatmeal is epic.”

”Windows won’t open at all for fresh air which ended up being a good thing as we did not sleep well, could only hear traffic and sirens all night. WIFI password did not work and it took a while for someone to get back to me. Breakfast was okay, dried potatoes and wonderful waffle station. Pool area impeccably clean. Staff beyond nice and tried to help. Good location, bad insulation from noise.”

”This place is a dump. It's old and it's dirty. The rooms were dirty and I don't even think it was cleaned before we arrived as there was a bag of chips and some headphones in the drawer. There were several burn marks on the bedding, no window screens, filthy toilet (with poop splatter) and bathroom was dirty. The smell alone was horrible like someone smoked in there for 30 years. Definitely no.place to bring your family.”

”Parking was fine. The carpets were very dirty in the rooms and the hallways. Didn't want to walk barefoot. One of the rooms had what appeared to be blood on the wall in the bathroom. It was a super cheap room, so you get what you pay for.”

”We left an hour into our stay and chose to drive over two hours in the dead of night instead of staying there. As a woman I felt immediately unsafe and wanted to leave. It was dirty and by far the worst hotel experience of my life.”
