”Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. ”

”Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through...

”Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...

”Run as fast as you can away from this place. From start to finish this place is a flop. It’s dirty (dust everywhere), shower doesn’t work properly (it trickles), key cards don’t work, sheets are paper thin and torn, bed is extremely uncomfortable and blankets are a joke. Then there are the walls.. paper thin and zero insulation. We were kept up all night with obnoxious guests who only went quiet for a few hours just to start back up at 4 am. Front desk did nothing. Then there was billing. I paid...

”Pool good. Breakfast good. Room was kinda not finished. No toilet paper on the rolls just 1 roll an a 1/4 roll of tp on back of toilet. And the plug situation was kinda scary with so many plugs and extensions plugged into more was not feeling very safe. Door from room to pool didn’t work so kinda disappointed with that too. ”
