”The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite when we arrived. He took time to explain hotel information and amenities. The breakfast could be so much better. The eggs, rounded like the meat patties , looked like they were taken out of a box and put in microwave. Orange juice was literally sour water. I informed the situation to the lady in charge of the breakfast, first thing she said she didn't know why juice was bad and that she was new. She then mentioned some company comes to...

”Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent except for the first day the front desk lady showed a don't really care attitude if you stay here or not. Asked about the bus to town she said its a stop out there offered no info as far as cost or exactly where the stop was. Just nothing welcoming attitude. The other personnel were great a lady ensured I found my room when it looked like I was lost. The lady that setup the breakfast was really nice.”

”This is the first time I experienced arriving at a hotel, only to find out, due to the hotel staff not doing their due diligence (the basic requirement of verifying the identity of someone checking in against the booking), that they checked someone else into my room!”

”I stayed for a week and the clerk were awesome and helpful but the manager when I spoke to her about getting my bed changed about 4 days in acted like it was putting her out and said she would get to it if she had time. Place was filthy I wouldn't recommend”

”We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.”
